Enjoy an hour long class with your friends and family within the comfort of your own home or public site. Our certified instructor guides you from posture to posture with verbal cues, visual demonstrations, and modifications to allow participation for any age or skill level. *Chair Yoga or Restorative Yoga availble upon advanced request* *Event hosting is subject to approval based on location.
